Privacy Policy pursuant to Art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679


Pursuant to EU REGULATION 2016/679, we provide you with the following information:


1) The personal data you provide will be processed for the following purposes:
- fulfilment of contractual obligations
- fulfilment of legal and fiscal obligations
- bookkeeping, invoicing and credit management.
The data will also be processed confidentially and exclusively with the methods and procedures strictly necessary to provide you with commercial information on services and promotional initiatives.
The data will not be disclosed and may be communicated, always within the scope of the aforementioned purposes, only to
- companies belonging to FT Support srl (also abroad, including the United States);
- companies carrying out tasks of a technical or organisational nature on behalf of FT Support srl.


2) Processing is carried out by means of the operations or set of operations indicated in EU REGULATION 2016/679: collection, recording, organisation, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, erasure and destruction of data.


3) The processing will be carried out using electronic instruments and on paper, by the data controller, the person in charge and specially appointed persons.


4) The provision of data is compulsory for the purposes set out in point 1, and therefore any refusal to provide such data may result in the non-execution or partial execution of the contract and/or the failure to continue the relationship.


5) The data may come to the knowledge of the person in charge and of the persons specifically appointed and may be communicated, exclusively within the scope of the purposes set out in point 1, to the following persons
- credit institutions
- credit insurance companies
- subjects carrying out shipping services
- commercial information companies;
- professionals and consultants.


6) Personal data will not be subject to dissemination.


7) Personal data may be transferred to countries within the European Union and to countries outside the European Union if this is necessary for the performance of obligations arising from a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to comply with specific requests of the data subject prior to the conclusion of the contract, or for the conclusion or performance of a contract concluded in favour of the data subject.


8) The data controller is FT Support srl in the person of its pro-tempore legal representative with registered office in Viale Francesco Restelli, 5 20124 Milan.


9) The data controller is Ing. G. Belfiori.


10) You may exercise your rights vis-à-vis the data controller at any time, pursuant to EU REGULATION 2016/679, which we reproduce in full for your convenience:
EU REGULATION 2016/679 (Right of access to personal data and other rights)
1. The data subject shall have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her exist, regardless of their being already recorded, and communication of such data in intelligible form.
2. The data subject shall have the right to be informed:
a. of the source of the personal data;
b. of the purposes and methods of processing;
c. of the logic applied to the processing, if the latter is carried out with the help of electronic means;
d. of the identification data concerning data controller, data processors and the representative designated as per Section 5/2°;
e. of the entities or categories of entity to whom or which the personal data may be communicated and who or which may get to know said data in their capacity as designated representative(s) in the State's territory, data processor(s) or person(s) in charge of the processing.
3. The data subject shall have the right to obtain:
a. the updating, rectification or, where interested therein, integration of the data;
b. the erasure, anonymisation or blocking of data that have been processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which they have been collected or subsequently processed;
c. certification to the effect that the operations as per letters [a-b] have been notified, as also related to their contents, to the entities to whom or which the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected.

The data subject shall have the right to object, in whole or in part:
a. on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection;
b. to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, where it is carried out for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or else for the performance of market or commercial communication surveys .
